Ideal for: Individuals whose jobs or organizations require First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.

• Official American Heart Association course completion eCard upon successful completion

How Registration Works

Step 1 — Select Your Course

Choose the certification that meets your employer's or organization's requirements and complete your secure online registration and payment.

Step 2 — Arrange Your Appointment

After registration, contact NIHE to arrange your Self-Guided CPR training session in Palestine or Dallas, Texas.

Important: Purchasing your course does not automatically reserve an appointment. All sessions are scheduled based on availability.

Step 3 — Complete Your Online Learning

Follow the course access instructions provided after registration. Complete the required AHA online learning before your scheduled hands-on session.

Step 4 — Complete Your Skills Session

Visit your scheduled NIHE training station and complete the required self-guided hands-on skills activities.

Step 5 — Receive Your AHA eCard

After successfully completing all required course components, you'll receive your official American Heart Association course completion eCard.

Important Information Before Registering

• These courses provide official American Heart Association certification upon successful completion.

• Confirm which course your employer or organization requires before purchasing.

• Healthcare professionals who need an AHA BLS Provider card should select a BLS course instead of Heartsaver CPR AED.

• Appointments are required at both locations.

• Online registration includes the selected course package; you do not need to purchase the included AHA online learning separately.
