Official AHA Heartsaver CPR AED eCard — Receive your American Heart Association course completion eCard after successfully completing all required training components.

We understand that busy schedules make it difficult to attend traditional CPR classes.
Palestine, Texas: Appointments are available Sunday through Friday afternoon, subject to availability.
Dallas, Texas: Appointments are available on selected dates when NIHE is conducting training in the Dallas area.
All appointments must be scheduled and confirmed in advance.
Please note: Saturday and Friday evening appointments are not available.

How Self-Guided CPR Works
Step 1 — Register Online
Purchase your Self-Guided CPR AED package through NIHE's secure online shopping cart.
Your $119 registration includes the AHA online learning, your hands-on skills session, and your AHA eCard upon successful completion.
Step 2 — Schedule Your Skills Session
After purchasing your course, contact NIHE to arrange your appointment.

Tell us whether you prefer our Palestine location or one of our available Dallas training dates.
Important: Purchasing your course does not automatically reserve an appointment. Your appointment must be confirmed by NIHE.
Step 3 — Complete Your Online Learning
Follow the course access instructions provided after registration.
Complete the required American Heart Association online learning at your own pace before attending your hands-on session.
Step 4 — Complete Your Self-Guided Skills Session
Visit your scheduled NIHE training station.
The AHA Heartsaver Direct system guides you through the required hands-on CPR and AED skills activities and assessments.
Complete all required components successfully to qualify for your course completion card.
Step 5 — Receive Your Official AHA eCard
After successfully completing the online learning and hands-on skills requirements, you'll receive your official American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR AED course completion eCard.
AHA course completion cards are generally valid for two years.

Course selection: Confirm that Heartsaver CPR AED meets your employer's, school's, or organization's certification requirements.
Appointments: All hands-on skills sessions require an advance appointment confirmed by NIHE. Purchasing does not automatically reserve a date or time.
Locations: Palestine appointments are available Sunday through Friday afternoon, subject to availability. Dallas appointments are offered on selected dates.
Online learning: The required AHA online learning is included in your $119 purchase. You do not need to purchase it separately.
Completion requirements: Your official AHA eCard is issued only after you successfully complete all required online learning and hands-on skills components.
Healthcare requirements: Students requiring an AHA BLS Provider card should register for a BLS course rather than Heartsaver CPR AED.
